I’m talking about / Here is my advice about how to keep health/fit? As a middle shool studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope(绳子). Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and you need enough sleep or rest . Nextkeep yourself happy.

In my opinion,first of all, we should have the diet at the right time. Chaotic mealtimes will affect our body's normal digestion and 's bad for your ,having a healthy diet means eating healty food,such as all sorts of grain, green vegetable and food has different nutrition which our body ,we should not eat too much or too little for every or dieting is very harmful for our stomach and health.

Those deep fried chips and burgers served in the western fast food restaurants are rich in sugar and fat, which has a great negative effect on our health.
