Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing to lodge the complaint about the poor quality of an air conditioner that I purchased from Sun Appliance Company.
Frankly speaking, Sun Appliance has always been my favorite. On April 4, 2007, I bought the air conditioner (serial number 12345) from one of your chain store located in Lang Fang. The machine operated well at first, but ten days later, there was a fault that bothered me, that is, the fan made so much noise that I could not sleep well at night. Worse still, the cooling system didn’t work well and the machine began to leak recently. Its poor quality ruined almost all my previous impression toward your products.
I strongly suggest that a repairman or a service engineer should be sent to my home without delay. I wonder if you could pinpoint the exact cause of the malfunction as soon as possible. If you can’t, I am afraid that I will request for full amount of refund or a new air conditioner.

我们是来自**省**市一所职业技术学校07级的几十名学生。
我们在学校里待了3年至4年不等，但我们发觉我们的母校一直变换名字，08年前，我们学校使用的名字为：“**市国防学校”，自称为**省国防军事学校的分校。08年之后，政府不允许国防办校，学校被更名为“长征职业学校”。09年之后，学校又打出“华海职业技术学校”的名字。我们的毕业证书上的学校落章为““**市国防学校”和“长征职业学校”。
《中等职业学校收费管理暂行办法》：学费由学校财务部门统一收取，到指定的物价部门申领收费许可证，并使用省级财政部门统一印制的行政事业性收费专用票据。第十二条中等职业学校除收取学费和住宿费以外，未经财政部、国家计委、国家教委联合批准或省级人民政府批准，不得再向学生收取任何费用。
《中国民办教育促进法》：
第三十七条民办学校对接受学历教育的受教育者收取费用的项目和标准由学校制定，报有关部门批准并公示；对其它受教育者收取费用的项目和标准由学校制定，报有关部门备案并公示。
至今，我们从没看到过我们学校的收费许可证，也没有把收费细则公布给我们学生看，我们怀疑我们学校存在违法收费的行为，故向贵局举报投诉，希望贵局：

投诉信怎么写
写投诉信应本着真实的原则，如实的反映情况，投诉信应包括以下几部分：

投诉信基本特征是反映问题，诉说原由，目的是解决问题。写投诉信形式可以不拘一格，但反映问题时一定要把真实情况说出来，尽可能让人一看就明白。
第一，基本要素一个都不要少，一个都不要假。基本要素主要包括时间、地点、人物、事件、联系方式等，简单来说就是什么人什么时候在哪里遇到什么事情为什么没有解决，哪些问题需要报社提供帮助。联系方式包括投诉人和被投诉人的详细地址、电话、传真号码等。
第二，重点要突出，篇幅不宜长。投诉的内容要突出重点，尽量简明扼要，最好是在一至两页纸的篇幅内，把最想说的话说出来，让人一目了然。儋州市一位中学生投诉学校乱收费问题，她只用了不到100字的篇幅，另附一张收费单据(复印件)就把情况反映清楚了。
第三，尽可能提供证据，让人觉得你在理。投诉时最好提供足够的证据，让人觉得你投诉的内容真实可靠可信，更容易促进解决问题。通常在信中附寄的证据有：各种单据、证件、合同(协议)书、批文(批字、签字)、判决(裁定、鉴定)书等等。注意：邮寄或传真时只用复印件，原件自己保存好。
第四，注意时效，及早投诉。有好多事情是受时间限制的，如果超过规定期限(比如合同规定的期限、法律规定的时效)，再行投诉有关部门依法可以不予受理。所以投诉要及早，要讲究时效。
