7)有些对交货期要求比较高的订单,告诉工厂客户做的是信用证订单,交期延误范围不能超过5天,否则延误船期,出货会有风险。平时不要“板凳功力”太深,经常跑跑工厂和车间,验验货。

有些事情你持续跟,持续做,要求高一些,时间长了,工厂也就理所当然的提高了交货期意识和配合度。
