六、双方的权利和义务
1．委托方
（1）有权在认证开展的各阶段向受理／方了解认证工作开展的情况；
（2）有权要求受理／方保守其产品的技术秘密；

（4）在认证各个阶段中按受理／方的要求提交有关文件或进行必要的工作，积极配合受理／方，使认证受理／工作顺利进行；
（5）在签订认证协议后，应向受理／方交付受理／费用。
2．受理／方
（1）有权要求委托方按所申请的认证机构的要求提供有关文件，支持配合受理／方的工作；
（2）有权在委托方不能按期缴纳受理／费用时，停止受理／工作；
（3）按照协议书的内容及所申请的国家认证机构的要求，及时准确地为委托方提供认证受理／服务。
（4）在开展认证的各个阶段向委托方提出认证要求时，其内容明确具体，不应使委托方产生理解上的歧义。
（5）保守委托方秘密，直至合同中止，合同中止后，未经委托方许可仍不得向第三方泄漏。
七、费用
1．协议生效后，委托方应缴纳：
