My favourite festival 我最喜欢的节日

There are a lot of holidays for chinese people， such as National day， May Day， etc。 However， Chinese people look on spring festival as their most important one of all。And it's also my favorite festival， especially when I was a child， because In those days， I could have a plenty of delicious food to eat， enjoy a very long holiday and wear beautiful clothes。 And what is more important is that I could received much new year's gift money。 So， everyyear， I expected the spring festival would e soon。 After I GREw up， it's no longer as important to me as before 。 For I can have my delicious food and wear my favorite clothes every day。 It's like I'm having spring festival every day!

一年有很多节日，如国庆节，劳动节等等，但中国人看的最重的还是春节。我也很喜欢做春节。尤其是小时候，因为一到春节不但能够吃到好多好吃的，而且还能放很长的假，穿漂亮的衣服，最主要的是能够收到好多压岁钱，小时候总盼望着春节的到来。长大了，春节好像没那么重要了。因为此刻天天都能吃到好吃的，穿自我喜欢的衣服，就像天天都在过年！

In many countries it has long been the tradition to hold an annual tree or forest festival. The origin of such celebrations dates back to antiquity and is in the dawn of religious feeling and awe for what trees represented. However, Arbor Day, as it is commonly known today, is of American origin and evolved from conditions peculiar to the Great Plains. It was first observed in Nebraska in 1872.

The idea, conceived by Morton, then a member of the Nebraska State Board of Agriculture, was one of forest conservation. It was a move to promote replanting, following deforestation, and to plant up treeless areas.

The idea has spread widely to other lands where it is variously celebrated as the 'Festival of Trees'， 'Greening Week' of Japan, 'The New Year's Days of Trees' in Israel, 'The Tree-loving Week' of Korea, 'The Reforestation Week' of Yugoslavia, 'The Students' Afforestation Day' of Iceland and 'The National Festival of Tree Planting' in India.

Arbor Day in its various forms is now recognised in more than fifty countries.

Come to the square, ho, people many ah, really lively! These lights are vivid and lifelike, with 12 zodiac lanterns, corn lights, jack-o-lanterns, lotus lanterns, lei yue lanterns.。. It's beautiful. There was a lamp that impressed me the most, it was the moon, and there were some lovely twinkling stars.
