光阴荏苒，转瞬间本学期又开始了。本学期我担任*、七四两个班的语文教学工作，我深知肩负的责任重大，所以本学期在教学上我主要从以下几方面开展工作：
一、端正思想，心系学生
认真学习实践学校的教育教学理念，以学生为中心，加强个人的职业道德修养，把关爱学生作为立业之本，充分调动学生学习积极性，教给学生学习方法，让学生学会学习，学会做人。
本学期时间紧，任务重，至少一个月一次月考，每一次考试都对学生具有重要意义。基于此，我充分利用课内外时间，形式多样地做好学生稳定工作和学生心理稳定工作。思想问题解决了，学生们就能够安心学习，成绩也有所上升。
二、深入钻研，认真备课
认真学习语文课程标准，深入领会课程标准的基本精神，深入钻研教材，吃透教材，明确教学目标，重点难点，认真备好每一节课，能够驾驭教材。七年级下半学期教学任务繁重，备课充分，吃透教材，结合考试考点对教材进行系统的分析，对知识点做好分类、归纳和总结，不上无准备的课，带领学生扎实系统的做好复习。认真研究最新考试题型，针对每一个考点进行分析，结合学生的实际情况，制定复习计划。
三、讲究方法，提高效率。
采用灵活有效的教学方法。七年级下学期，在课堂上采用多种形式开展教学，力争使上课内容丰富，掌控课堂节奏，关注学生反映。课堂上一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心。课堂面向全体学生，尤其注意培优补差，加强对后进生的转化工作。语文是一门工具学科，对学生而言，既熟悉又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要让众多的基础较差的学生学好语文，就要让他们喜爱语文，对语文产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。
四、针对考点重点，各个击破。
1、夯实基础，字音、字形、标点符号、扩写、缩写、仿写修辞等基础知识，一定要稳扎稳打，强化记忆，强化训练，在理解的基础上，学会运用，理论与实践相结合，在实践中提高。课后字词做到每课三练——练字音、练字形、练词语的运用；加强句式的训练和仿些；加强古诗词的背诵和默写。
2、强化文言文阅读理解，“能阅读浅易文言文”是对学生的基本要求。试题由课内已经延伸到课外，在复习文言文时让学生认真掌握文言虚词意义和用法，学习文言实词，要注意区别词的古今意义，要积累实词的一词多义，要会识别通假字，要会概括文章的中心意思，而且应该深入理解文言文的内容、思想，学会对比分析，且动手翻译。为加强文言文的学习，实行每课一考、人人过关、不断复习、不定期检测的方法，培养学生的文言文阅读能力。
3、加强阅读指导，新教材淡化了文体的编排，但并未降低对文体的要求，特别是说明文和其他文体的阅读，学生一时感到摸不着头脑，所以我计划在向学生讲清阅读基础知识的同时，选择典型的篇章，并配以典型的阅读练习，通过反复演练，争取使学生掌握阅读课外现代文的阅读能力。
4、加强写作指导，为了使学生形成写作知识系统，在学期初给学生开设写作知识讲座，并对话题作文，命题作文，半命题作文进行专题讲座，争取使学生学作文的命题、立意、构思等方面都有较大的提高，坚持每星期两1篇随笔，两星期1篇大作文，坚持让学生阅读优秀书籍，为学生营造宽松**的大语文学习环境，重视课外阅读，开拓学生的视野，丰富学生的知识，培养学生具有良好的审美情趣和高尚的道德情操。
经过一个学期的努力，相信会取得好的成绩。我将不断改进自己在教育教学上的不足，使自己在业务素质上更快地进步，争取取得更加更好的成绩！
