英语教师面试技巧【第一篇】

教师招聘面试应该注意以下方面：

1、提前熟悉面试场地

考生在面试前一天要到面试地点熟悉一下路线，计算从居住处到面试地点的时间，面试当天要在规定时间至少提前半小时到达。

2、面试的着装

参加面试的时候应该根据季节选择大方得体的服装，切忌穿过短或者暴露的服装，也不宜过于休闲。女生最好选择适合自己气质的套装、裙装、男生可以穿衬衫长裤，一般不用打领带。发型要清爽，切忌夸张的发型或者染成过于鲜艳的颜色。女生最好化一下淡妆，但是不要佩戴过于明显的首饰，如长耳环、夸张的项链、手链、脚链等。

3、准备的要点

抽题目以后有大概30分钟准备时间。在这段时间里考生要迅速熟悉一下讲课的内容，设计教学过程，写出讲课提纲和板书设计。最好预留大约10分钟在心中试讲一下。虽然只有大约10分钟讲课时间，但是“引入新课、讲解知识、小结”这几个教学基本环节不能缺少。好的开始等于成功了一半，“引入新课”这个环节的设计很重要，新颖的引入会让评委精神振奋，分数自然就提高了。建议考生最好从生活实际中引入新课，比如初中生物学科面试的题目之一是“传染病流行的三个基本环节”，考生可以从现在正在全世界流行扩散的甲型H1N1流感引入，或者从本市各学校幼儿园流行的手足口病引入，都是不错的设计；还有的考生当天感冒，身体不适，就可以用自己的身体情况引入，也会让人感觉很自然、灵活。

4、面试应该如何表现自己

首先要有礼貌，进入面试室先鞠躬向评委问好，然后用清晰的声音介绍自己的序号和讲课题目。面试者一定要表现得很自信，开始讲课的时候就要让自己进入课堂的情境，虽然下面没有学生，也要想象自己在和学生们交流，让自己的情绪饱满，声音富有激情，教态亲切自然，语速恰当，语言生动流利，如果能幽默一些就更好了。讲课中要做到思路清晰，过程完整，知识交代准确，能举出恰当的事例说明问题。板书要做到设计新颖，字迹工整漂亮。一般的师范生都经过训练，表达上没有什么大问题，但是板书却能看出很大的差别。有的考生讲得很好，但是板书却很差，这就不能不让人感觉到遗憾了，即使你不能把粉笔字写得很漂亮，但是也要尽可能做到工整大方，切忌出现错别字！另外考生还要注意避免出现口头禅和一些习惯的和上课无关的小动作，比如边讲课边用手摆弄粉笔等，这些小节之处都会影响你面试的分数。还有个很关键的是注意控制讲课时间，不要超过规定的时间。你要设想一下评委一天面试几十个考生，坐在那里听同样的内容，是很枯燥的，谁不希望快点结束啊，所以如果你超时了，会令人感觉很反感的。
