Since the last few years, I had aspired to become a idea of "scalpels," "opened chests" and "sutures" had always intrigued then it happened!The recent unprecedented events in my country wiped off the dust of disillusionment from my eyes;I lost my will to become a ,the turmoil in the country led me towards newspapers and news channels,and hence Politics.

As I involved myself into politics,I realized that it is all-embracive-wielding its way over social and economic life-it is the omnipotent of can mobilize public opinion,gear up propaganda machinery,make or repeal laws and what up by public opinion,supported by the majority of the legislators,armed with the means to keep the people in a state of ignorance,political power crosses the limits of dictatorial power,like the most powerful intoxicant,makes the persons in power to forget social ethics,political morality and obligations.

Most of the learned youth in this country consider Politics to be "a refuge for the scoundrels" and this derogatory remark may be true if we look at the deceptive and degenerated type of politicians indulging in a dirty these political parties are votaries of democracy,but the way they conduct themselves inside their own parties is nothing but senseless a very few students choose to pursue Politics as a profession,but what they don't realize is that if we don't take a stand the system can never be ,I want to study Politics so I can come back to my country and contribute what little I can do for my homeland and its I can inspire even a single person,it would be worth world today is growing are now not only to think of our own nation but as and when we think of it,we have to keep the international perception in mind;consequently,I chose Politics with International Relations as one of my courses.

Studying in UK will breed a sense of individuality and self would be able to interact with people from everywhere and get to know about their would not only open new horizons for me,but would also clear some preconceived notions one has about the have always been an active participant of have participated in 3 Model UN conferences out of which I was awarded with the Best Delegate award in two. I was also one of the two students to be selected from my school to participate in the English Speaking Union '， I've taken part in Parliamentary style debates I believe I can communicate effectively in public and language will not be a barrier in my , I have worked as an internee at Al-Shifa Eye Hospital for a month in I learnt how to deal with patients,use the Auto Ref, handle files and also campaigned to a remote area near Murree where we helped the doctors in examining the patients free of experience which taught me a lot was when me and my fellow colleagues volunteered to paint walls for the SOS Children's addition,I worked with SUNGI (NGO) where a group of 5 of us had to organize an event to pay tribute to 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I enjoy Literature,especially the works of Shakespeare,Tennessee Williams,Thomas Hardy and Andrew 'd be delighted to study in a challenging atmosphere where I can focus on my commit to my work and my ability to think out of the box,keenness for Politics and my perception of things,I understand,gives me an edge over believe in myself,and if provided with an opportunity,I'd make the university proud.

出国留学奖学金申请技巧分享。对于有出国打算的学生来说，能够申请到美国全额奖学金是梦寐以求的事情。对于中国留学生来说，只要掌握了奖学金的申请的技巧，申请全额奖学金也就变得so easy".

奖学金的申请，从进行第一次信函联系到拿到全额奖学金往往要花上半年到10个月时间，美国高校一般都在每年的3月、4月决定本年度奖学金的分派，有的学校会在2月份或5月份决定，这要根据不同学校所规定的申请全额奖学金截止日期而定。具体的申请步骤如下：

联系美国大学，发第一封索函。第一封索函的内容一般应包括：详细的回邮地址，所修学位及范围(专业)，拟入学时间(学期)，索要入学申请表与奖学金申请表，另外有关自己的背景及TOEFL成绩亦可简要叙述。

参加TOEFL等必要的考试。许多申请者是在参加了考试之后才与美国大学进行第一次书信联系的，这样也未偿不可，但第一次联系时间至少应在准备入学前8个月。

The projectwas a Herculean task and, to make the matter worse, the old man was ratheradvanced in age. His neighbors all came to dissuade him from the endeavor. Butthe old man’s answer was that if he should die, his children and grandchildrencould succeed him. The day would come when the mountain could be removedultimately.

Inconceivable as they are, modern versions of this allegory occur in thefrequently impoverished mountain areas in present-day China. The mountain folksresort to primitive manual labor (hence inevitably involving casualties) andsimple tools and usually spend many years, even more than a decade, to open uproutes inch by inch in order to have access to the market outside the deepmountains to sell their farm produce, so that their descendants will no longerbe confined to the kind of isolated and economically unprivileged life that theyare living. As a student with a Master’s degree in Road & RailwayEngineering, I can never maintain a tranquil state of mind whenever I read ofstories of this kind. I tell myself that I have the obligation andresponsibility to help halt this dire reality. For this reason, I am determinedto seek a Ph. D. program in Communication & Transportation at your esteemeduniversity, a program that will enable me to reward my country with my knowledgeof the advanced transportation engineering technology in the world. Entitled Study of the Low-Noise Mechanism of the Asphalt Pavement, myMaster’s thesis focused on those issues: the mechanism of noise production oftyres, the parameters affecting the tyre’s noise, the noise-absorbing mechanismof asphalt pavement and the pavement configuration parameters affecting thelow-noise asphalt pavement. The thesis offered in-depth analysis of theeffective voidage of the asphalt pavement and the pavement thickness as majorfactors in reducing the noise production. 一、学历

首先要确定自己是否有报考的资格，现在瑞典的大学对学生已经适当的放宽了要求，不只是对本科生开放，对于本科的毕业生和大四的在读生也可以报考，此外三校生以及社会人士都有报考的资格。如果要报考瑞典很有名的大学，必须要有合格的学术证明，在入学的申请之前至少要完成本科的学习，而且最好在国内读的本科也是名校。瑞典的大学为了能够保证学校在入学之后能够跟得上学习的进度，还会要求学生递交所报考专业相关的学习证明，也就是课程的学习经历或者是实习的经历，最好是能够直接出示本科学习的课程表。

二、学习成绩
