面试时怎样自我介绍比较好？【第一篇】

存在哪些问题？hr会不会觉得厌烦之类的？

考官好，我叫陈永仁，广东XX人，是XXXX学院的应届毕业生。

除了简历上有的内容，我想特别说一下我的特点主要有两点。

一是比较有想法，有一次我们一个老师委托我帮他组织一个计算机培训班，指标是起码满35个人开一个班，多多益善。我当时在学校内张贴了一些广告，在学校论坛上面发布了软文，但都没有什么效果，询问者寥寥无几。于是我想了个办法，修改了广告，“报培训班送教材”，有很多人表示感兴趣并报了名。接着我在网上批发了一批教材，履行了报班送教材的说法。那个学期报班的人远超过指标的35人，有七十多人报了名，而我得到的提成也远远超过教材的成本。

第二个特点是我比较坚强。去年暑假的时候，我父母都得了重病住院，在他们住院期间，基本上是我一个人在医院照顾他们，照顾了两个月。每天都身心俱疲，但还是要集中注意力撑下去，因为也许一个疏忽就会造成严重的后果。这件事之后我变得很坚强。大多数时候磨难都不会是好事，但它的确让我得到了成长。

虽然看起来很多，但三分钟之内讲述完应该很够的 而且都是真实情况

对于什么社会实践、组织活动、实习经历什么的我都没有，撑死了也只能说上面培训班那件事，这个怎么办呢

Gooda fternoon, teachers! My name is -uLulu. I`m 11. I come from Class1 Grade 5 of TongPu Primary School. There are 4 people in my family. My father is tall. My mother is sister has a long hair. And I`m a good student. However, my home is near the school, I often get up early. Because I must work hard. after school, I like playing computer games and reading books. I`d like to eat apples. They are sweet and healthy.

After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the fund*差异网 *ing manager by the China National Technical Import and E-port Corporation.

After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle.

I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation appro-imately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects.

This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.
