英语工作总结【第一篇】

本学期，我们英语教研组，在全组教师们齐心协力，不断努力下，顺利完成了教务处对课堂教学要求提质增效，及观课议课课活动。在课堂教学中研究，在研究中教学，探索有效备课，聚焦课堂，实现有效教学，最终促进教师的个人发展和提高教育教学质量，总结如下：

一、加强学习，提高教师业务水平

通过教研活动，以学校教务处下达任务，开展英语教研组学习活动，学习英语学科素养，英语课程标准，中考大纲，我们认真学习理论，更新教学观念和知识结构，提高教师课堂教学能力的理论支架。在初一，初二备课组为单位，开展观课议课活动，使教学活动由"教"向"学"转变，真正提高45分钟的课堂教学效率。

二、规范教师教学行为，提高课堂教学效率。

加强备课有效性，做到预习卷和课件资源共享，教学难点重点抓准点，使每一个教师都认真备好课，对教学资料，和学生基本情况认真备好课，并在规范教师课堂行为，为年轻教师把好课堂上课关。

七年级教学要突出一个“严”字，更切实做到面向全体学生，坚持“低起点，稳步走，严要求，多指导”的原则，激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣和学习热情，使学生养成良好的学习英语思维品质。

八年级教学要抓基础的同时，本着“教学资料要活，教学方法要活，信息渠道要活”的原则，着力培养学生思辨能力和英语应用能力，加强阅读能力提升。

九年级教学要坚持不让学生掉队的原则，并在中考复习过程中做到有条不紊，语法复习，课本复习，专项题型训练，作文训练上有提高。

三、以观课议课为教研契机，提高教师课堂教学能力。

初一方老师，虞老师，初二汪老师，初三陈老师参加了我组公开课展示活动，全员参加，进行观课议课，观一节，议一节课，发现教学上的问题，进行评价反思。

四、各种赛课，推出新秀教师

参加望江县送教下乡活动，通过赛课，我们培养新秀教师，并指导他们代表学校出课，通过组内公开课，让赛课教师能找到自己的教学问题，改变教学模式，认识自己的教学问题，帮出课教师老师提高认可度。

五、努力开展课外活动，激发学生的学习兴趣

英语课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段，有利于增长知识、开阔视野。有目的、有组织地开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动，可使学生生动、活泼、主动地学习，能够激发他们的学习热情，培养兴趣。本学期根据教研组的活动安排，根据不同年级掌握的`知识水平，组织一些丰富多彩的课外活动。初一开展英语手抄报比赛，英语情景剧比赛，读报比赛，英语歌曲学习等；初二英语报刊阅读大赛，各个年级在老师的认真辅导下都取得了很好的成绩。

总之，一学期以来，外语组教师注意自身素质的提高，始终以高标准严格要求自己，在教育教学工作中取得了必须的成绩。但是，我们也深深明白，这些成绩的取得是在各级领导的关心、以及学校其他学科老师的大力支持与配合下取得的。我们还明白，我们的工作还有很多需要提高改善的地方，在今后的工作中，我们决心再接再厉，努力工作，为把学校英语教学各方面的工作提高到一个新层次而奋斗。

本学期我担任小学五年级英语教学工作，在本学期的教学中，我严格遵从教学的五个环节：课前认真备课，做到既备教材，又备学生，因材施教，努力实施课程改革，积极探索小学英语快乐课堂。小学阶段英语教学的目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们树立学习英语的自信心。同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，为进一步学习打下基础。在英语课堂中，怎样创设良好的学习氛围，激发学生的兴趣是搞好小学英语教学的重要环节，下面结合本学期教学实践总结一下教学情况如下：

一、认真备课，面向全体，因材施教

在教学中，认真备课，认真阅读各种资料、参考书，认真编写好教学计划，根据学生的实际学习情况和向其他教师取得经验，不断的加以改善。在传授学生知识的同时，不厌其烦，耐心教导学生，还耐心的辅导学生复习，在传授学生知识的同时，并对他们进行思想教育，教育优生帮助后进生，鼓励优生课后帮助后进生。

二、在课堂中

在课堂上，认真授课，运用实物教具，情景教学手势语言等方法来启发教育学生，教学生做游戏，唱英语歌曲等来激发学生学习的'兴趣，鼓励学生大胆发问，注重师生互动，培养师生感情，充分调动学生的学习积极性，并不厌其烦地领读、讲解、分析，尽力让学生多掌握知识。

三、批改作业方面

学生的作业尽量地规定按时完成并及时批改，而且详细讲解，对普遍性错误、利用晚托时间重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一地分析讲解，帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高教学质量。

四、在语音方面

为提高学生的认读单词的能力，本学期我们继续研究课题“利用phonics教学，丰富学生的词汇”，全科组的老师都参加了本课题的学习和交流会。在教单词过程中，我尽量形式多样的教学方法，并有了初步成效，学生对认读单词有了一定的提高。

五、自身的学习

在教学工作之余，我还参加教学科研，坚持参加区和科组的英语教研活动，努力提高自己个方面的能力。鉴于自己英语教学方面经验不足，我抓紧一切机会向其他老师学习，用心收集课堂教学中的各种游戏、活动，同时多听录音磁带，提高自己的听力水平。以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结，还存在一些不足的地方，尤其是后进生的工作，有待加强和研究如何激发后进生的学习英语的兴趣。在今后的教学工作中，希望能在各位领导、老师、前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

With the arrival of 20xx reflecting on the past 20xx weighing gains against losses I felt work is not a burden but a part of my life also a platform to make progress. Fortunately I stand on a good one Unipac Shipping Inc which company I am working for has explored new areas and enlarged its business for us to practice.

The big difference from last year is that my focus has changed from proficiency to efficiency. It doesn’t mean proficiency is not import any more it’s also crucial to our daily work but I step forward based on it to finish our job not only accurately but also efficiently. Only in this way we can handle more things in 8 limited working hours and share more responsibility from teamwork. Even though I don’t recognize that I am still on this way with our leader’s guide who keeps the department running smoothly.

Continuing the same work day by day maybe boring but along with a little fresh thing is great such as a special new customer a new method to count also including Kewill instead of Alliance. Training introduce it to you but skills to save time need your trial and practice to find out link & difference between the old and new just as we can use cut and paste on Kewill instead of typing letters again and again on Alliance use its advantages to cover its disadvantages.

Above is my incomplete summary of 20xx. For 20xx though it combines certain and uncertain things that’s also why we are attractedby. Just use the knowledge ever existed in your mind to take in new then make new to old in order to achieve the goals set by ourself.

I’m XXX, a graduate student from XXX University. My major is Electrical Automation. I will graduate in July next year. Before I applied for graduate study, I worked in XXX for over a year, I have some design experience in my last job, As an intern, I came to XXX in November 17. Counting on my fingers, I have stayed here for about four weeks. In here I make a brief summary for this four weeks practice work.

First of all thanking you for giving me this internship opportunity, I had a chance to begin my career in advance, at the same time; I took part in the two weeks’ training about XXX. During the training, I was inquisitive and tried to improve myself. Every day I seriously record the knowledge our teacher

explained, while studying specification related to automation design at night so as to prepare for future design work. Meanwhile, I seized every chance to learn from colleagues who participate in projects, in this way, the technology of automation and ability of practice had been improved.

In this way, I comprehensively studied the drawing of Automation design, and understood the Culture and regulations of our company; I am skilled in the using CAD, Office Software. Although I cant log on the system of XXX, XXX, I know how to use them. For instance, I know how to create a loop diagram with XXX.

Moreover, I pay attention to the relationship with colleagues. We learn from and help each other; I would take initiative to do something, when

encountering some problems that I couldn’t resolve, I usually ask and learn from them.

In short, during the period, I have grown up a lot, both in work, and the way of getting along with others. I had become more mature and stable. Consciously, I feel I have reached the companys requirements and are still growing and improving. In here I gave a summary for passing probation. I would like to contribute my knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to XXX.
