thank you, mr. chairman.
mr. chairman, i join my colleague mr. rangel in thanking you for giving the junior members of this committee the glorious opportunity of sharing the pain of this inquiry. mr. chairman, you are a strong man, and it has not been easy but we have tried as best we can to give you as much assistance as possible.
earlier today, we heard the beginning of the preamble to the constitution of the united states: "we, the people." it's a very eloquent beginning. but when that document was completed on the seventeenth of september in 1787, i was not included in that "we, the people." i felt somehow for many years that george washington and alexander hamilton just left me out by mistake. but through the process of amendment, interpretation, and court decision, i have finally been included in "we, the people."
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. we cannot turn back. there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as the negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. we can never be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

我叫火，从在树木中诞生时，我便知道我的一生将于人类纠缠不清。几百万年前，古人类钻木取火，有了我。我，使他们在漫漫长夜中有了一丝光明的希望，在凄凄寒冷中有了温暖的依靠，在原始野兽前有了驱赶的力量。有了我，人类才逐渐摆脱茹毛饮血的野兽生活，走进了最值得珍惜的文明和进步的圣殿，拥有发达的科技，超凡的智慧。我有着柔软的身段，灵活的手脚，以及那耀眼的，唯恐灼伤别人的光环……我是谁？我就是火！
俗话说“水能载舟亦能覆舟”，时光流逝，穿着舒适衣衫，搭乘现代化交通工具往来穿梭于摩天大厦之中，发明了电灯电脑飞机轮船，有着复杂庞大社会结构的人类，不再是自然界中充满野性的生物。然而，人类忽略了他们的好朋友——我，火。每一次去野外，总会把我忘记带回；每一次当狂风来袭，总会忘记我的存在……于是，一片片古老的森林在我眼前化为灰烬，于是，一种种珍稀物种在我脚下消失不再；于是，一团团空气在我的手下变得浑浊，不复纯净……
永远不敢忘怀的那一幕，那凄凄惨惨戚戚的一幕！
那是一个狂风肆虐的黄昏，落日的余辉洒在这密密的树林中，一时间，除了偶尔传出的几声鸟啼，竟十分寂静。“我们走吧，天要黑了”一位游人说。话落，他们离开了。我刚想呼喊，突然一阵狂风掠过，携起小小的我落到了干草上，刹那间，我小小的身躯获得了一股不可遏制的巨大的力量，我不断地膨胀，蔓延……我以飞快的速度向四面向空中迸发！我疯狂的扑向树枝上的幼雏，我裹住了他还未成长的翅膀！虽然我心里不愿，大片大片的森林在我的触手下化为乌有，我仿佛听到了那些葬身火海的奇花异草，珍禽走兽们的哀嚎……消防车的警笛在寂静的上空回荡，巨大的水龙张牙舞爪地压到我身上，我才渐渐失去那股疯狂的力量复归平静。此时，面含愧疚的我抬头看见满目苍夷，支离破碎的土地，满眼烧焦的黑色以代替那生机勃勃的绿，无数动物的尸体化为一堆堆焦炭……
我哭泣！哀嚎啊！曾几何时，我那一簇簇一点点跳动的火苗，竟吞没了整片森林，毁灭了无数生灵啊！曾几何时，我竟成了人类的敌人，人们恨我咒我。可谁又知，当大火在肆无忌惮的燃烧时，我的心也在滴血啊，我也不想这样，可是，我控制不了自己，一遇到枯草干柴，我便会情不自禁的燃烧。我恨，恨自己虽然并不想这样凶残，却常常无奈地身不由己。可是，人类啊，难道你们真的一点责任都没有吗？难道不是你们的防火意识太淡薄了，忽视了火灾隐患，才屡屡发生了这些惨案吗？如果人类能让消防的警钟长鸣，时时注意着我的行踪，那这样的事还会发生吗？
人们啊，切莫一味陶醉于我的温暖和光明，而遗忘了我那时时处处即可使你们忏悔终生的危险性！请你为了自身生命财产的安全，保持你“清醒”的防火头脑，杜绝火灾的再次发生。让这样的惨剧成为历史，我们将会是好朋友吧，对吧？

听到这个题目，可能您会有点疑惑。这“自由”，与工作有什么关系？还会有人说，我不工作，不是才“自由”么？可见你说错了！究竟说错没有，且听我道来。
第一，只有热爱工作，我们才可能获得财务自由
很多人都想赚钱，然后过“快乐”的生活。那么问题来了，多少钱才能让你快乐？一百万？还是一千万？错了！是财务自由。财务自由不是拥有万贯家财，而是感觉到自由，了解你自己和你自己所拥有的，知道即使明天因为生病或是公司裁员你丢了工作，你也不会有大麻烦，仍旧可以舒适地生活一段时间，不必发愁立即找工作。生活突然遇到继续用钱的问题时，可以轻松地拿出钱来。等你年老退休时，也许你的生活不算豪华奢侈，但你可以生活得很舒适，不会欠账。偶尔出去旅行，能自给自足。实际上，这是一种创造财富、驾驭金钱的能力。热爱工作吧，如果你没有显赫的家世，那么这就是你进入财务自由之门的钥匙！
因为你热爱工作，工作就会热爱你。热爱工作，你就会全身心地投入工作，努力解决工作中遇到的一个又一个难题，人生的机会就会接踵而至。热爱了工作，工作给你的回报会更多！你见过对工作满腹牢骚、痛恨工作的人获得财富的么？
第二，只有主动工作，我们才可能获得管理自由
你到公司来，是必定要工作的，即使不想工作。为了“迫使”大家工作，公司制定了各项管理规定，比如制定了考勤打卡制度，规定了上下班的时间。是不是觉得很受约束？很多人又要说了：我一点也不感觉到自由啊？你说工作会让人自由，就是骗人嘛！
有句名言说的很好：由必然王国进去自由王国。这个从必然到自由，就是由强迫的行为进入自觉的行为。这正是管理的升级，也是科学管理的开始。只有大家都主动地工作，建立起主动工作的文化氛围，把不自觉的，相对强迫的工作变成一种自觉的过程，我们才能真正体会出工作中的自由，这就是管理的自由。达到了管理的自由，工作的环境将温馨而热烈，所有人都可以解放出来，更加良性地、主动地工作。
第三，只有正确工作，我们才可能获得时间自由
这似乎又是一个伪命题：时间用来工作了，怎么又能“自由”呢？
告诉你，正确的工作，可以节约你大量的时间。不信？
所谓正确的工作，就是有这正确的工作方向，以及正确的工作方法。有了正确的工作方向，你就不走弯路，少走弯路；有了正确的工作方法，可以极大的降低工作强度，提高工作效率，自然也节约了时间。
举个例子来说：我以前曾负责对公司开发的销售管理系统进行数据核对，所有数据核对一遍大约需要3个人用一周的时间。我这个人比较笨，做这类事情效率很低，就开始琢磨改进一下。于是我用3天的时间写了一个小程序，这下子核对一遍要用多久呢？3分钟！再比如说，以前听说营销人员要画组织架构图，往往是一画就是一面墙，还容易出错，工作量可想而知。于是我又磋磨了，结果搞了个小程序出来，五分钟就可以出结果。其实这类事在工作比比皆是。仔细去盘点一下你的工作，看看能不能成倍地节约出时间来！
第四，只有超越工作，我们才可能获得思想自由
什么是超越工作？就是不仅仅满足于完成工作，更进一步，思考它，改善它，捕捉到内在本质！这些都不是工作的要求，但是做了，就能改进我们的思想。这好比是吃食物，嚼碎了，消化了，变成了自己机体的一部分。要知道，世界上的任何一种思想都不是天上掉下来的，都是在生产实践中总结归纳出来的。经验归纳演绎出来，再经升华，就是思想，就是哲学！我们都想实现自己，获得属于自己的思想，那么，就必须超越工作。
只有工作，我们才能自由！我们为自由而工作！

Again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about ordinary,but so impressive,so moving,just like the brightest sunshine,it helps me go through the darkest am such a sensitive girl in your said,my sorroful facial expression made feel so ,there is one thing i never tell you,that is ,i am becoming a big girl gradually with your words and never tell you about it,for i believe oneday,you can see the great changes of mine for is what i want to do in i know,that will be the best gift for you.
I suddenly think of a song named MY HEART WILL GO is a beautiful sentence going like are safe in my than once,i was moved to tears by know ,i am also safe in your have already forgotten when i told you i was going to leave for Australia this summer just smiled as usual,gently you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething,remember,when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for are all around you,far across the distance and space between closed my eyes,the flashback memories we had together,once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other,you always wrote a lot of sentences on my articles to encourage the most unforgetable thing,you told me,you believed m i could be a big or later.
At that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentence on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at last words i said were,keep walking in sunshine.
Yes,keep walking in said to you ,also to know i am not alone wiht your company,and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days.
