女士们！先生们！欢迎大家来参加心理学学术大会。首先，请允许我向大家介绍今天的特别嘉宾：丁芳教授。丁芳教授来自苏州大学教育学院，是发展与教育心理学方向的导师。丁芳教授的主要研究方向是儿童认知和社会性发展。儿童的认知发展研究是儿童发展心理学的主要研究领域，包括儿童对自然现象的认识，以及社会认知心理理论和儿童的语言的习得等。儿童社会性发展主要用精神分析、社会学习理论和认知发现理论来分别解释儿童社会动机和情感、社会行为及社会认知的发展等心理现象。儿童认知发展水平是其社会性发展的基础， 儿童社会性发展又能促进其认知的发展，两者之间是相辅相成的关系。那么下面让我们有请丁教授，让她向我们详细介绍这一领域的主要内容和她的主要研究成果。

t of all,i would like to express my deep appreciation to the organizing committee giving this opportunity for me here possible,then i am also greatly honor to introduce my tutor,professor dingfang. professor ding comes from the education department of soochow main research interests are in children’s cognitive and social development. children's cognitive development is the main areas of child developmentalpsychology research ,that investigates the children's understanding of natural phenomena,social cognition (ry of mind) and language aqusition in childhood reaserchers in area of children social development use psychoanalytic theory,social learning theory and cognitive development theory to explain the children's social motivation and emotion, social behavior, social cognition development and other mental level of children's cognitive development is the basis of their social development. in contrast,children's social development contributes to their cognitive development. in a word,both between is complementary relationship. so let's welcome professor ding to give our detailed introduction about main contents in this field and her main research achievements.

为提升研究生综合素质，开阔研究生国际化视野，提升研究生英语交流和沟通能力，展现研究生群体学术功底，校研究生会将举办“20xx年研究生文化节”之国际学术会议模拟大赛，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、活动时间：11月14日—12月10日

二、活动内容：本届研究生国际学术会议模拟比赛由学术墙报设计和学术会议发言两项赛事组成。

1.学术墙报设计：要求设计者用英文设计一幅学术墙报（墙报中出现的非英文内容须用英文进行标注），规格70cmx100cm，分辨率150像素以上，jpeg格式，内容旨在阐明一项学术观点或分析一个学术问题，亦可为对某个学术会议、学术论文、学术专著或学术研究者（研究团体）之介绍。

2.学术会议发言：要求发言者时间控制在5分钟内，使用英语阐释自己的某项学术研究成果，或阐明对某一学术问题的见解。

三、评定标准：

1.学术墙报设计比赛：按照学术价值（40%）、语法语用规范（40%）、形式样式（20%）的标准进行评定，由研究生院（研工部）聘请校内外专家对选手提交的设计稿进行评审。

2.学术会议发言比赛：按照学术价值（30%）、用语规范（30%）、语言流畅度（20%）、仪容仪表（20%）的标准进行评定，超时者酌情扣分，由研究生院（研工部）聘请校内外专家对选手进行打分。

四、报名办法与比赛规程

1.报名办法

本次比赛，由各研究生分会负责组织并动员本学院研究生参赛，每个学院推荐学术墙报设计参赛作品3-5件，推选学术会议发言比赛选手2-4人。各研究生分会于11月14日—25日组织好本单位报名工作，在进行初审后，于11月25日晚22:00之前，将参赛作品（jpeg格式，并附作品报名表一份，附件1）及参赛选手的报名表（附件2）发送至研究生会电子邮箱：yjsh@。

本次比赛亦欢迎有英语特长及学术研究潜力的本科生踊跃报名，请报名选手将本人参赛作品（jpeg格式，并附作品报名表一份，附件1）或参赛选手的报名表（附件2）于11月25日晚22：00之前，发送至研究生会电子邮箱：yjsh@。

2.比赛流程

学术墙报设计比赛分为初审、复审两个阶段，学术会议发言比赛分为初赛、复赛两个阶段。

五、表彰奖励

学术墙报设计比赛：设一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名，颁发荣誉证书及奖金；设优秀奖若干名，颁发荣誉证书及奖品，对于获得一、二、三等奖及优秀奖的学术墙报设计作品，将面向全校师生进行展示。

学术会议发言比赛：设一等奖一名，二等奖三名，三等奖五名，颁发荣誉证书及奖金；设优秀奖若干名，颁发荣誉证书及奖品。

本次大赛的荣誉证书及奖品，将在研究生迎新晚会上予以颁发。

六、其他：

1.学术会议发言比赛，具体比赛时间和地点将通过电子邮件及手机短信的方式通知参赛选手，请参赛选手在11月23日-26日期间保持联系方式的畅通，并关注电子邮箱。

2.学术墙报设计比赛的相关作品，须填写“作品原创性声明（附于报名表后）”，要求参赛作品必须为个人（或集体）原创成果，严禁任何形式的剽窃抄袭，一经发现，报研究生院（研工部）及相关单位严肃处理。

3.学术会议发言比赛仅限单人报名参加，学术墙报设计比赛作品可为集体（3人及以下）创作，但须写明第一创作人。

4.本次活动最终解释权归校研究生会所有，未尽事宜另行通知。

good morning,ladies and ome to harbin,a beautiful northland ice city of ’m abc,from school of economics and management of a very very great pleasure to participate in the 5th international finance conference as the chairman,its my first time to do i really really enjoy being stay here with you this international finance conference has been held 4th times by cfa institute since 1998. the purpose of the conference is to share our experiences and knowledge in regard to the theory, frontier developments and reaserches, as well as possible applications of them in solving practical problems a lot of current issues have been discussed,and some of them have been effectively soluted.

today,as the first time of the conference debut in this city,we’ll have a unique topic of prepared presentations is the application of quantitative methods in finance ,today’s speakers will share their thoughts on how to effectively run models in different issues and give a reasonable ,we’ll have a q&a session,which allows the everyone to ask some questions you may be interested. i am sure that you will find some topics to be presented both interesting and informative. now,let me introduce the first speaker,who is very very rich,not in dollars,but in knowledges and experiences,he got his in financial economics at the ucb,followed by a series of teaching and research positions at mit and harvard. please dont hesitate to join me in welcoming our first speaker, , whose topic is entitled threshold effect between the scale of shadow banking and the stability of the banking system. welcome.
