大家好。今天是3月15日消费者权益保护日。你懂得相关的法律知识吗？我们的消费很多都是和食品相关的，那你又懂得和饮食相关的一些常识吗？今天，我们就从预防食物中毒方面来了解一下饮食的一些注意事项。
一、认识食物中毒的特征。
第一个特征是潜伏期短：一般食后几分钟到几个小时发病。第二个特征体现为胃肠道的症状：腹泻、腹痛，有的伴随呕吐、发热。
二、提高自我救护意识
如果出现上述症状，应怀疑是否食物中毒，并及时到医院就诊，同时报告老师。
三、预防发生食物中毒
预防食物中毒，首先要讲究个人卫生，做到勤洗澡、勤换衣、勤剪指甲、勤理发，勤换床单和被套、勤晒被褥。保持教室、卧室环境的清洁卫生，养成饭前便后洗手、不暴饮暴食的良好习惯。其次要对某些食物要坚决做到不吃：不吃生冷食物、不吃不干净瓜果、不吃腐朽变质食物、不吃未经高温处理的饭菜、剧烈运动后不要急于吃食品或喝水、不要随便吃野果，吃水果后不要急于喝饮料特别是水。不到无证摊点购买油炸、烟熏食品，尽可能在学校食堂就餐。千万不要去无照经营摊点饭店购买食品或者就餐。再就是要从食品标签上识别食品质量，选择安全的食品是把住"病从口入"的第一关。
四、谨慎选购包装食品，认真查看包装标识，查看是否有安全食品“qs”认证标志。
为了保护人们饮食卫生安全，国家质量监督检验检疫局自2019年起，在全国范围内实施食品安全市场准入制度，对出厂食品，经过强制检验合格后，加贴市场准入“qs”标志，方便选购。
五、正确识别食品标签
《食品标签通用标准》对食品的标签作了一些具体的规定，标签内容应当齐全，标签内容应当完整、规范和真实。包括食品的名称、配料表、净含量及固形物含量、制造者、及经销商的名称和地址、生产日期和贮存指南、质量等级、产品标准号、保质期等。我们在购买食物时应查看标签上的内容是否满足这些要求。六、注意保质期和保存期的区别
保质期是指最佳食用期，在标签上规定的条件下，保持食品卫生质量和营养的期限。在此期限内，食品完全适于销售，并符合标签内容和产品标准中所规定的卫生质量；超过此期限，在一定的时间内食品仍然可以食用的。保存期是指推荐的最终食用期，在标签上规定的条件下，食品可以食用的最终日期；超过此期限，产品的质量可能发生变化，食品不能再用于于销售和食用。
