第二条工程期限

在组织施工过程中,如遇下列情况,得顺延工期,双方应及时进行协商,并通过书面形式确定顺延期限:
一、因天灾或人力不能抗拒的原因被迫停工者;
二、因甲方提出更变计划或变更施工图而不能继续施工者;
三、因甲方不能按期供图,供料,供设备或其所供材料,以及设备不合规格要求,被迫停工或不能顺利施工者。
第三条施工准备
一、甲方在开工前应办妥征地拆迁;申请领取建筑执照;清除施工场地范围内影响施工的原有管线,绿化等障碍物;解决施工用地(包括材料,构件的堆放和中转场地,搭建大型临时设施用地);解决施工用水源,电源和运输道路的接通;向乙方提供所有工程设计图纸;组织设计、施工单位进行工程设计交底。
二、乙方在开工前应组织有关人员学习和熟悉图纸,参与设计交底,编好施工图预算,负责编制施工组织设计或施工方案,进行现场平面布置,搭建施工临时设施,安排施工总进度计划,储备材料,加工构件,做好一切施工准备。
第四条物资供应
一、本合同全部所需材料按下列第_________项供应方式办理:
1.特殊材料,统配部管材料及统配部管机电产品,均由甲方负责采购供应至乙方指定地点,其它材料均由乙方负责采购供应;

四、凡应附有合格证明的材料,在进入施工现场时必须验证,如无证明,须经试验合格方准使用,其试验费应由负责供应之一方负担。
五、由甲方负责供应的材料和设备,如未按期供应或规格质量不符要求,经双方努力仍无法解决,因此造成乙方的损失,由甲方负担。
第五条工程款结算
一、本合同全部工程造价的结算方式,按下列第_________项办理:
1.以施工图预算加增减变更预算进行结算;
2.按施工图预算加系数包干确定包干造价,包干范围以外的费用,另按有关规定调整包干造价;

第六条施工与设计变更
一、乙方在组织施工中必须坚持“百年大计,质量第一”的方针,要根据国家颁发的施工验收规范和质量检验标准,以及设计要求组织施工,要求全部工程达到合格标准。
二、在组织施工中,要坚持按图施工,任何一方不得随意变更设计,如遇下列情况造成乙方窝工、返工和材料、构件的积压倒运,劳动力,机械调迁等损失,应由甲方负担:
1.施工中发现设计有错误或有严重不合理的地方,乙方应以书面通知甲方,由甲方在七天内与原设计单位商定提出修改或变更设计文件,经甲乙双方办理有关手续后方准继续施工;
2.施工中如遇设计变更后超出原设计标准或规模时,须经原批准单位审批同意,甲乙双方办理有关手续后方可施工。在设计变更尚未批准前,任何一方不得强行施工;
3.在施工中如遇中途停建,缓建,甲乙双方对在建工程应商定做到安全部位。
三、在施工中由于乙方本身原因造成的停工,返工,材料,构件的倒运,机械二次进场等损失,均由乙方自行负担。
四、乙方要严格执行隐蔽工程验收制度,凡隐蔽工程完成后,必须经过验收作出记录方能进行下一工序的施工。一般隐蔽工程由乙方自行检查验收,并作好记录;重大或复杂隐蔽工程应由乙方书面通知甲方和设计单位共同进行验收,并办理隐蔽验收手续。如甲方与设计单位届时未参加,乙方可自行检查验收,并应作好记录,甲方应予承认。如甲方以后提出检查时,检查结果不符合要求者,其检查费用由乙方负责;符合要求者,其检查费用由甲方负责。

本次信息技术教育提升工程团队培训和以往的培训不太一样,我不仅是学员,更是学校老师们的指导者,所以我深感压力和责任,学习更是不敢怠慢。看讲座、悟思想、动手做、勤反思、促提高,线下和线上相结合的学习方式给我又一次带来了与现代技术接触的机会,在不断的学习中,我也成为了最好的自己。研修心得如下:
本次的学习历时几个月,我从一名信息技术的懵懂认识者,逐渐成长为学校的信息化教学的骨干和领头人,其中的艰辛和付出是可想而知的。我一连自学了希沃学苑中的初阶、中阶、高阶训练营,并以优异的成绩顺利结业。现在的我对希沃白板5的操作是很熟练的,学校的老师们只要是遇到难题总会找到我,我也会不厌其烦地进行答疑解惑,真正起到了专家骨干的示范引领作用。信息技术与跨学科教学的融合,更要求教师必须提高职业的专业性,才能适应现代化的教学需求。信息技术今后将成为教师教学和学生学习的重要工具。在培训中,我明白了信息技术在教育教学中的应用更广泛,更省时更高效。信息技术的使用不仅可以充分发挥学生自主探究、合作学习的能力,通过对所收集的数据加以综合分析达到学习的目的,还可以使学生可以更好地利用信息技术提高学习水平。
本次学习的内容和我们平时的教学工作紧密联系,实用性很强。比如课件、微课的制作,跨学科教学的深度融合,画思维导图,项目式学习等,促使我们整合各方面的资源,更好的理解信息技术和课程深度融合的意义,为我们今后能将信息技术运用到具体的教学工作中打下了扎实的理论基础。使我对信息技术与课程整合的内涵也有了进一步的认识,提升了信息技术的应用水平等等,可以用“收获颇丰”来概括。尤其是刘光文老师对我的鼓励和帮助让我印象深刻。记得第一次的作业交上去后,刘老师对我大加赞赏,而且鼓励我再次修改精益求精,修改后的作业又被刘老师推荐到其它工作坊。这个过程让我学习到很多,也让我认识到学习是无止境的。还有坊主聂涌主任和坊辅导员李淑芳老师,每一次的作业、心得体会和研修活动都对我给予了很多的帮助,也在他们一次次的肯定和鼓励中,我对自己的要求越来越高,学习中成就了越来越好的自己。李三星主任的专业态度和专业素养让我敬佩不已,无论是每天微信工作群内的知识在线,还是线下培训中的精彩讲解,都让我记忆犹新,收获满满。学习的过程极大地提高了我们信息化教学的专业素养的,但对于我而言,更多的是在优秀的人身上学习到了他们对于学习的态度和热情。
此次学习使我受益匪浅,真正领会到了新的教育技术理念,也发现了自己身上许许多多欠缺的地方,其感触颇多一言难尽。我一定要借此次学习的东风,将本次所学到的知识运用于日常教育教学工作,扎实工作,努力学习,做一名对学生负责,对学校负责,对社会负责的优秀教师。
同时我还要积极辅导学校教师开展校本研修,将信息技术提升工程整校推进工作顺利进行。认真开展学科教学活动,探讨新的教育理论,新的教学模式,为学校的发展贡献自己的力量。
