从本市近几年的中招试题来看，英语中考试题容量大、覆盖面广，要求也愈来愈高，渐渐与高考试题接轨，不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查，更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。这个学期对我们初三毕业生来说，仅有13周的时间，所以，我们初三总复习，教学时间紧，任务重，要求高，如何提高英语总复习的质量和效益，是每位毕业班英语教师必须面对的问题。下面就结合我校近几年来初三英语总复习教学，谈谈本届初三毕业班的复习计划。

以教学大纲为指导，以《英语课程标准》为依据，以提高英语教学质量为目标，结合学生实际，优化复习。

本学期是毕业班同学的关键一学期。通过复习应达到以下目的：

（1）使所学知识系统化、结构化、让学生将初中三年的数学知识连成一个有机整体，更利于学生理解运用；

（2）精讲多练，巩固基本技能；

（3）抓好方法教学，引导学生归纳、总结解题的方法。

（4）做好模拟训练，把全面复习和重点复习有机结合起来。

根据近几年中考试题新特点及学生实际情况，我们初三段英语备课组准备采取三轮复习法，作为毕业班的总复习计划，三轮复习法要求先全面复习基础语言知识，后进行重点复习和适应性模拟考试。做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复习和重点复习有机结合起来。这样既系统全面又有所侧面的复习，能使学生较好地掌握所学的知识并考出优异成绩。

1、做好教学常规，备战中考。

a、在3—4月期间，重点放在听力口语，利用早自修、课间、放学后加强听力口语训练，努力打响中考第一炮。

b、4月上旬，立足复习导引，重点复习词汇和基本语法知识。

c、4月下旬第四周，专项训练，重点完型和阅读。

d、5月上旬，话题作文和综合练习。下旬，模拟卷练习。

e、6月，查缺补漏，疑难解答，模拟考试。

2、让学生尽快适应毕业班的学习，加强自我管理，培养主动学习的意识，激励同学对英语的学习兴趣，

3、充分了解学生的心理变化，为后进生提供高效地辅导，尤其是在听力口语这块多花时间，要对后进生保持充分的耐心。

4、聚焦教学分层，作业分层，吃透教材，认真研究课程标准和相关资料，在充分了解学情的情况下，在教学目标和教学设计上有意识地进行教学分层，使不同层面的学生有所得。

5、加强词汇练习，狠抓词汇记忆与运用。

6、以听力口语复习导引为基础，利用信息课，早自修，午间，课间及放学后强化听力口语练习。

7、加强话题写作的指导，规范写作要求，背诵作文范文，克服写作恐惧症，努力让每一位孩子动笔写作，在原来的基础上有所提高。

8、充分利用课堂作业与课外作业，严格要求，抓好落实，强化订正，学会整理错题，力争让每位同学皆有所获。

一轮复习（3月16日——4月30日）

这一阶段的复习应该按照教材的顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时应注重基础词汇、词组、句型的过关。同时每天进行口语，听力的训练指导，迎接4月底的口语听力考试。

二轮复习（5月1日——6月1日）

这一阶段的复习直接关系到中考的效果。知识掌握不系统、内容混淆互相干扰，解题时应会判断失误，做错题目。这要求老师在这一阶段的复习过程中防止简单的重复，反对面面俱到，而是遵循精讲多练的原则，做到讲——练——评结合。

三轮复习（6月2日——6月14日）

这一阶段是考前指导与适应性训练。本轮复习侧重培养学生审题解题能力，同时要在教师指导下进行综合练习和模拟测试，知识考察和能力考察并重，从而使复习达到良性循环：知识——能力——知识。
