1.熟练掌握生词及词组:live , road , supermarket , go straight on , excuse me , turn left , turn right , next to .

2.学会在生活中运用句型:Where’s+地点?It’s next to +地点。

1、对句型Where’s+地点?It’s next to +地点。Turn straight on.在生活中的正确运用。

2、用英语对地点的正确表述

教学过程:

(一)、Greeting

T:Hello , boys and girls.

:Do you want to be a policeman ? Now , let’s do some actions.

让学生全体起立,模仿交通警察指挥(go straight on, turn left ,turn right )

在表演过程中掌握这三个词组。

出示一张图片,让学生回答It’s next to a zoo.

1.词汇

(1)复习关于职业的词汇:doctor, teacher, nurse, cook, fireman, driver, policeman, pilot, singer.

(2)学习生词:astronaut, coach, actor (actress), writer.

2.功能句型

(1)复习询问他人职业及回答:What does he/she do? He/She is a/an …。

1. Talk about the great people in 2003.

(1) Watch the screen and think: Who are they? What are their jobs? (通过课件呈现“感动中国”的人物。)

(2) T: They are called the Great People in 2003. 他们是被评为“感动中国的2003年度人物中的几个。Do you know their names?

2. Learn the new word by the students themselves.

(1)示范pair work: Listen, look, match and read. (示范过程中学习生词:coach---c-oa-ch---coach)

(2)学生自学单词,合作完成练习。

T: OK. Boys and girls take out your paper and practice with your partner, please. If there are some new words for you, you can use your dictionary(出示字典), go to listen to the tape or teach each other.

astronaut:

(1) Pronunciation: astronaut---an astronaut.

(2) Practice (Pass the picture(阿拉文库★) and ask) What does he do? He is an astronaut.

writer:

(1) T: Can you act as a writer? 引导学生练习: writer---writer

(2) T: What other writers do you know?

actor:

(1) T: Who’s your favorite actor? (根据学生的回答介绍:actress)

5. Learn the sentence patterns.

教学目标:

1.学习有关职业的单词。

2. 会说自己或别人的职业和在什么地方工作。

3.会询问别人在什么地方工作。

4.新单词:driver farmer soldier nurse factory station bus station hospital farm post office study

句型:一般现在时陈述句、特殊疑问句和应答。

I am a farmer. Where does Wu Bin work? He works in a factory.

● 教学用具:

录音机,PPT多媒体课件(lesson101教学演示) 、或者 动画多媒体课件people and work、图片或实物等。

● 教学步骤:

Step 1 Revision

[参考一] 让学生叙述自己家庭情况,如:家中有几口人,父母的职业,祖父母的职业等。值日生本人叙述完成之后,由老师向全班同学提问。即:What’s his / her father / mother? Is she / he a teacher? / a worker? Where does he / she work? Does he /she work in a factory / school? 等。这一部分问提老师可先提问基础较好的同学或与值日生事先配合好,使之更好的起到承上启下的作用。或者教师让学生复习基数词1—100。

[参考二] 教师运用PPT多媒体课件中的revision。向学生提问题:What’s his / her father / mother? Is she / he a teacher? / a worker? Where does he / she work? Does he /she work in a factory / school? 等,可以让学生看着课件中显示的问题回答。反复操练使学生能熟练的运用这些句型。

Step 2 Presentation

[参考一] 老师可向全班谈谈自己。I am a teacher. I teach you English. I work in __ Middle School. 然后问同学,What am I? Where do I work? 虽然还没有教新的句型,但有小学的基 础,学生是可以猜出意思的,尤其是在基础较好的班。如在基础较差的班,老师可自问自答,也可起到导入的作用。

[参考二] 教师课利用PPT多媒体课件中的presentation, 根据课件所提供的有关各种职业的图片,让学生看图说出图片人物的职业并回答问题:what do they do ?。从而学习其中的新单词。

Step 3 Look and say 1

[参考一] 利用媒体资料(一)教单词。一些单词符合发音规律,如:Drive----driver farmer----farm postman---post+man nurse等。然后练习第一部分。老师要多次重复问句 What does he / she do? 并译出中文,“他/她干什么工作?”并比较中英文的顺序。有几个单词比较复杂,soldier, businessman, assistant, hospital老师要教学生记忆单词的方法,并尽量当堂巩固。可尝试字母组合与音标相结合的方式,并按音节背诵的方法记单词。避免死记字母的做法。看101第一部分先让学生找出每句话所对应的图,然后两人一组做问答。在此基础上,可让学生连续表达这段话。听录音,并模仿直至熟练,能上口。老师也可用手势表示单词,引导学生说出You are a driver / farmer / doctor / teacher等等。

[参考二] 教师让学生观看PPT多媒体课件Look and say中的视频影片,根据影片中出现的人物了解他们相关的职业,并回答问题:What does he/she do?

[参考三] 教师可以让学生观看多媒体动画people and work, 学生看动画结合课文完成练习。然后让学生反复跟读,从而掌握好课文中出现的新单词。对于新单词教师反复让学生根据动画中的图片记忆单词。

Step 4 Look and say 2

[参考一] 学习课文中主要练习句型:What does he / she do? He / she is …Where does he / she work? He / she works in /on …

[参考二] 教师课根据ppt多媒体课件中的Look and say 2所提供的不同工作场所图片让学生说出Mr Wu, Miss Hu, Mr Li , Mr Chen, Mr Yang 等等人物的工作场所。教师可以随即点击其中一幅图片问学生:what does he / she do? Where does he /she work?.

之后让学生与学生之间进行会话操练。可以让个别学生进行演练。

Step 5 practice

[参考一]两人小组或三人小组练习编对话,运用以上所学句型。

做一游戏:让一同学到前面做一动作,大家猜他/她是干什么的,在什么地方工作。

[参考二] 让学生观看PPT多媒体中practice的习题。 学生在课堂上共同完成练习,教师等学生做完后,点击鼠标课件中的答案就可显现。

[参考三] 如果有条件的班级可以做多媒体动画中listen and write. 通过动画中展现的人物不同的职业和身份,让学生根据听到的录音完成句子。之后教师检测答案。
