With the growing awareness of healthy eating， more and more people now are paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 20__ Chinese milk scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 20__， a fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by melamine。 Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。 The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months， but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers。

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part duties。 We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and profit maximization。

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility for others， law related should be passed and carried out。 Only in this way can we e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world。

Every one has his own I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong ing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands I always believe that god only help those who help ng those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.

I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.

I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.

We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely.

When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely.

We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.

in my opinion,a harmonious campus is firstly an academic campus where the students are eager to learn ，the professors are dilligent to do researches and instruct course,a dense cultural atmosphere can be very benificial.

secondly,the relationship among teachers and students is er high school teachers were tough with us while our college instructors are very benign and des learning from them,we can also consult them about daily trouble and matters we their help,we open our minds to new appraoches and enlarge our insight.

thirdly,a harmonious relationship among schoolmates can be helpful as well. each student should not only show their individuality but slao display their instance,when studying in the library,we'r supposed to keep quiet in order not to disturb we'r finishd with our meals,we should clean up the tables. also a close relation amid roomates can make us feel 。 in china ，six or four students come from different parts with different daily habits have to share the same it is crucial to build a harmonious dormitory by keeping/setting up the same routine schedual.

lastly,harmonious atmosphere is not something imposed on us but something we need to cultivate,which will definitely bring more vitality to the campus.

all in all, actions speak louder than must make endeavors to refresh the atmosphere and each positive effort will increase the harmony on harmonious campus is a cradle where we become social and eby, it is remained for us to create such a harmonious we can feel warm,inspiring and live merrily in harmony.
