1、不能过于被动。

通常，在面试时过于被动的人都会错误地认为只要事先按一些有关面试技巧的文章里所介绍的去准备好主考官可能要问的问题的答案，然后主考官问什么问题自己就照着答什么问题就可以了。卡耐基教育网专家指出其实这是个很大的错误，因为我们哪怕事先准备的怎样周到，到了面试时主考官都可能会问一些我们出其不意的问题，而且用这种方式去面试，过于被动，容易被主考官牵着鼻子走，容易被问及一些对求职者本身是劣势性而且难以用技巧去掩饰的问题，如对方如十分看重工作经验的话，对方首先就会问你有多少年的工作经验，如果求职者是刚毕业出来的话，应如何回答呢？说谎显然不行，说经验并不是主要的主要要看个人能力之类的话吧说服不了对方，很可能就会因此而泡汤。

而如果求职者能运用先发制人的策略就不同了，例如，在一开始谈话时就要牢牢地把握主动权，一阵寒喧过后就有意识地引导主考官问你你想他问的问题，而不给他思考时间来问你他想问的问题，而这些问题的答案当然你早就准备好了，只有这样，求职者才能牵着主考官的鼻子走，让他顺着你的思路去问你你想要他问的问题。

2、尽量讲述你曾做过的某个成功的个案，以此来表现你的卓越才能。因为个案的说服力是最强的，但这要很有技巧地引导主考官认真地听你讲完才能发挥其最大的作用。如何才能做到这一点呢？

⑴、在保持真实性的前提下，事先要尽量将该个案编得有故事性、情节性。

⑵、在讲述前应先引起对方对你要讲的个案产生浓厚的兴趣。例如，可能对此个案做一个简要的介绍，或者对它的曲折性、困难性、传奇性做一个概括，使对方自动问你这个个案的详细经过是怎么样的，然后你就可以说这样可能要花你多些时间，这时对方在好奇心的驱动下，就顾不得那么多了，会叫你尽快讲出来。

⑶、在讲述时注意保持与对方目光适当的接触，这样一方面可表示对对方的重视，是一种礼貌，另一方面则能起观颜察色，时刻注重对方的反应的作用。

⑷、一旦对方表现出有些不耐烦的情绪，你可以在适当的时候运用一些技巧使对方再次提起兴趣。比如在讲到一个广告个案在实施的过程时，你可以叹一口气，略作停顿，吊一吊对方的胃口，等对方问你为什么叹气时，你才继续讲那时遇到了很大的因难，但你还是想出了一个绝妙的办法将它解决了。
