压力英语初三作文 篇1
Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under our feelings and our bodies get upset. We can even get emotionally andphysically sick if we have too much stress for too long.
Stress cane at us from every direction. For instance, it cane fromfights with other people. It cane when we have too many things to do and toolittle time to do them. It can alsoe when we do not have enough money to payfor what we want.
Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. Thereare good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal with stress in good ways, ofcourse. Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles. Forexample, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doingforever. We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what wewant.
We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down onstress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving ourwork undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.
压力英语初三作文 篇2
As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there isno way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we arealways feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow , stress goes hand in hand with the life in apetitive society.
Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believethat stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of theopinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and givepurpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental declineand hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite ofstress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible toavoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In myopinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poorperformance and ill health.
